As an operations and process oriented professional with nearly 20 years of experience, I transform businesses and brands through the use of technology. I’m experienced in leading cross-functional remote and local teams, creating, analyzing and optimizing content, and delivering integrated solutions that drive growth.

An operation may not have a beating heart, but it’s a living thing. Living things require care, attention and adaptability to thrive.
📓 Reporting
Anyone can analyze data and quote figures. The trick is to have that information tell a story and reach a conclusion.
📝 Content
Saying something is pointless if the person hearing it can’t understand what you’re saying. Speak intentionally.
📚 Research
Knowledge is power. Do as much digging as you can before pulling the trigger on anything, but stay away from analysis paralysis.
🎨 Design
Simplicity is my preference when it comes to designing anything. The design should never distract from the content.

It’s a lot easier to forgive shortcomings when the overall experience is positive. Never lose sight of the big picture.

There’s always room to make improvements, be it a website, a report or a business process – just be methodical and patient.

The goal isn’t to attract the whole world. Your target audience is all that matters.

It may take over the world one day, but for now, it’s an incredibly powerful tool. Use it when it makes sense to do so.
